The DecideOm Group, a specialist in data solutions, announces the acquisition of EURODECISION, a company expert in AI and decision mathematics. This operation, supported by the NCI fund, its majority shareholder, and Bpifrance, is part of a dynamic acceleration of the group's strategic roadmap.
Based in Marcq-en-Barœul, DecideOm, founded in 2008 by Christophe Malbezin and Bertrand Gaillez, quickly established itself thanks to its hybrid approach combining consulting and software sales. Since its inception, it has supported organizations in enhancing their data value and optimizing decision-making and has expanded its offering over the years to include services such as auditing, data visualization, data science, and predictive analytics.
By integrating EURODECISION, the group, led by Emmanuel Vorilhon, sees its workforce increase from 200 to 260 and, already present in Lille, Paris, and Lyon, also establishes itself in Versailles.
Founded in 1987, the company, recognized for its expertise in operational research and AI, offers tailored business solutions that enable organizations to optimize their processes, whether in human resource planning, logistics, production, or pricing and revenue management. It has conducted over 900 mathematical optimization and predictive analysis projects for CAC 40 companies and international groups such as Air France, Airbus, Alstom, Eurotunnel, Keolis, RATP, SNCF….
A Structuring Project Supported by NCI and Bpifrance
Since NCI and Bpifrance entered its capital in 2022, DecideOm has embarked on an external growth strategy to strengthen its position as a pure player in data. EURODECISION thus complements its skills in data management, data visualization, and data governance, allowing it to offer its clients a comprehensive offering.
Having recorded a 20% growth in 2024, the group hopes to achieve a turnover of nearly 30 million euros in 2025. It intends to continue its development by exclusively targeting acquisitions that generate technical synergies to consolidate its offering and establish its position as a data expert.
