Business France est une structure née de la fusion d'Ubifrance et de l’Agence française pour les investissements internationaux. L’ordonnance n° 2014-1555 du 22 décembre 2014 portant la création de Business France permet à cette agence de fonctionner dès le 1ᵉʳ janvier 2015.
