France Digitale Day: 5 billion euros announced over 3 years to help French start-ups
Last Wednesday, France Digitale Day took place at the Musée des Arts Forains. Emmanuel Macron announced that institutional investors would “commit in the next three years five billion euros in French funds specializing in technology”. The goal of France is to have at least 25 French unicorns in 2025.

A 52-page report presenting the basics of the French doctrine with regard to artificial intelligence was made public by the Ministry of the Armed Forces. After a brief inventory, the report reveals a roadmap for the deployment of artificial intelligence on the battlefield, with concrete examples without failing to raise the ethical issues related to autonomous oe semi-autonomous weapons.
