French start-up Aive announces it has completed a 12 million euro Series A funding round, led by Invus, a renowned international investment firm. Just over a year after the launch of its innovative solution, the company clearly states its ambition: to become the global leader in the rapidly growing sector of automated video post-production.
A Creative Copilot Driven by AI
At the heart of Aive's offering is its proprietary technology called MGT (Multimodal Generative Technology). This combines generative AI, analytics, and multimodal analysis (image, sound, text, emotions, rhythm). Practically, from a single video, this system allows for the automatic generation of hundreds or even thousands of optimized variations for different formats, durations, platforms, and localizations.
Thanks to this technology, Aive announces remarkable performance: up to 2.5 times more conversions and an average reduction of 30% in acquisition costs for its clients. The "AI creative copilot" offered by the startup drastically reduces the time needed for video variations, from dozens of hours to just a few minutes, at a cost 20 times lower than traditional methods.
Rapid Adoption by Major Corporations
Since its launch in early 2024, Aive's solution has already attracted more than 40 prestigious companies, including Stellantis, P&G, LVMH, Clarins, Groupe Seb, Meetic, Publicis, IPG, Datawords, and Omnicom. Today, the startup records over one million euros in annual recurring revenue, with 15% coming from the American market.
This funding round will allow Aive to significantly strengthen its workforce, with the ambitious goal of tripling its team, currently composed of 20 members, by the end of 2026. The company also intends to accelerate its international development while continuing to invest heavily in its technology to maintain its competitive edge.
