From "Plus" to Prerequisite: AI Takes Center Stage
The era when AI was a mere additional asset seems to be over. By 2025, it has become a fundamental requirement across all sectors. The study reveals that mentions of AI in job postings have soared by over 640% since 2022, with a particularly marked increase since the beginning of the year.
Marketing and Advertising at the Forefront
The fields of communication are among the most impacted by AI. References in job ads increased by 238.9% in 2024 in marketing and advertising, and by 66.7% since early 2025. In the media and entertainment sector, the increase is as high as 291.8%. Now, AI is not just a tool for optimization but a true driver of creativity, personalization, and content strategy.

The Emergence of New Hybrid Professions

The rise of AI accompanies the creation of unprecedented professional profiles. The most sought-after are Chief AI Officer, AI Content Strategist, and Prompt Engineer. These roles reflect a shift towards hybrid professions, at the intersection of coding, strategy, and creativity.
Human Skills Remain Essential
Paradoxically, the more technologies advance, the more valuable soft skills become. The study highlights the importance of design, collaboration, leadership, and communication, now ranking among the top 10 most sought-after skills for AI-related positions.
