Splio and D-Aim merge and launch the “individuation marketing” concept

The two French software companies are pooling their know-how, expertise and resources, and are looking to move towards the customer marketing of tomorrow. Stéphane Amarsy is appointed Chairman of the Board and Mireille Messine is appointed CEO of the new entity.

Over the past three years, Stéphane Amarsy has transformed his company, renamed D-Aim in 2020, into a pioneering software company in marketing individuation, specializing, thanks to AI, in the autonomous exploitation of data for marketing decisions taking into account the uniqueness of each customer.

As for Mireille Messine, before taking the head of this new company, she was in recent years director of customer marketing at Sephora, Printemps and Go Sport. She agrees with Stéphane Amarsy’s ambitions when she says that she only remembers

“the need to make the most of customer knowledge in order to personalize the customer relationship as much as possible and achieve its objectives.”

Stéphane Amarsy states:

“Beyond a human encounter carrying common values, the merger with Splio allows us to considerably increase the operational possibilities for our customers.”

He will unveil the name of the new group created by the merger between the two companies in the coming weeks. For Mireille Messine, this group has a common ambition, that of

“to multiply the turnover by seven by 2025, with value-creating, respectful and responsible marketing.”

The group announces to focus around a concept, that of “marketing individuation”, that is to say a concept that takes into account the growing importance of data and artificial intelligence as an essential element of marketing. A new SAAS platform is being created, covering the entire value chain of relationship marketing: from data structuring to marketing activation, including enhanced customer knowledge and, of course, marketing individuation engines powered by artificial intelligence.

A €10 million round of financing for the newly created group was carried out by the funds that had already financed each of the two companies. The main objectives of this new round of financing are to strengthen the technical, R&D, sales and marketing teams. Strong signs of confidence and commitment of these investors towards the group. Indeed, Ring Capital, Sofiouest, Alliance Entreprendre, Omnes Capital and Swen Capital wish to support their scale-ups in their growth.
