IoT Week 2020 by CITC calls for pitcher open to startups until November 6th

This year, the IoT Week by CITC is organising its fifth edition in Lille and the Hauts-de-France region, with theme days dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The event will be held from 7 to 13 December next and the CITC – IoT Cluster has launched an unprecedented call for pitches for its inaugural event on 7 December 2020.

For the past 5 years, IoT Week by CITC has been inviting the innovation ecosystem to explore new trends in digital transformation, inviting inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs to share their experiences. This year, theme days dedicated to AI, cybersecurity, the environment in research, market sectors and societal issues will animate the week. Around fifty events are scheduled: conferences, hackathons, round tables, pitchs…

Daniel le Berre, Professor of Universities, winner of the innovation medal in 2018 by the CNRS for being at the origin of the free software Sat4j, used today by millions of Internet users around the world, will be the guest of honor of this 5th edition. At her side, Fanny Bouton, journalist, influencer and entrepreneur will be the godmother of the inaugural evening. Last year, more than 900 professionals attended the 4th edition.

During the inaugural evening on December 7, a dozen start-ups, pre-selected by a jury of professionals, will have the opportunity to present their innovative projects in the original form of a stand-up.

This unprecedented format will be a real challenge for the selected startups to overcome. The strength of their words combined with the energy of humor will allow them to energize their presentations. And, try to win over the audience, composed mainly of representatives of large companies. Startupers have until November 6 to apply: https: //iotcluster.fr/uploads/standup-startup2020-inscription-appel-a-pitcher.pdf
