Revenue management: EURODECISION and YieldBooking join forces to create a global software solution

EURODECISION, publisher of the QRUSH web platform and a specialist in business intelligence, has announced a partnership with YieldBooking. The two players will work together to offer the first global revenue management software solution. It should enable professionals in the outdoor hotel industry to collect and analyze data on their activity but also those of their main competitors automatically and in real time thanks to its gateway with the Saas YieldBooking software solution.

After a long period of total shutdown due to containment, it is more than ever strategic for campsite managers to be able to set the right price for their accommodation, at the right time, to be competitive and have a good season.

“With the limitation of travel abroad, campsites will be in high demand. For independents and chains in the sector, this means that they will need to be agile, responsive and keep a close eye on the competition to set the right pricing policy. Without the right tools, this could be difficult,” explains Cheikh Sene, product manager at EURODECISION.

To meet this challenge, the mathematicians at EURODECISION and YieldBooking, a Montpellier-based start-up specialising in competitive intelligence, have formed a commercial and technological partnership. They have created a gateway between their respective web platforms to offer the first 360° revenue management solution dedicated to the outdoor hotel industry.

A two-in-one SaaS solution

Thanks to this partnership, Eurodecision and YieldBooking are giving ETA professionals access to two levels of strategic data to help them manage their business at the start of the season. The first level: booking and pricing data related to the activity of their accommodations.

Thanks to its forecasting and optimisation algorithms, EURODECISION’s QRUSH web-based revenue management and pricing platform – connected to the YieldBooking pricing data collection solution – enables the analysis of this data in order to provide a global view of the business. It can be used to forecast demand, make comparisons and recommendations, and provides dashboards to help customers manage their business as effectively as possible.

“By using QRUSH, our customers record an increase of 4 to 14% of their annual revenue per hosting” continues Cheikh Sene.

The bridge between QRUSH and YieldBooking brings an additional dimension. It allows the implementation of tailor-made competitive intelligence campaigns on YieldBooking.com by defining the environment to be monitored (competitors, type of accommodation, location, booking periods …) and by retrieving automatically and in real time this public data available on the Internet (latest prices, promotional offers …).

By automating this tedious information gathering process, YieldBooking saves accommodation owners an average of 28 hours of research per month, allowing them to focus on analysing this valuable data, again delivered in the form of graphs and charts for easy reading.
