Dataiku’s cloud and big data solution is available on Microsoft’s Azure marketplace

Dataiku, a French data science company, has developed an analytics and data science platform that helps companies make a more intuitive transition to artificial intelligence. This platform is now available on the Microsoft Azure marketplace. Companies that are already Microsoft Azure customers will be able to benefit more easily from the functionalities of the Dataiku solution.

The goal: to facilitate the adoption of Dataiku’s data science platform by companies

Since the beginning of June, the tool has been available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Florian Douetteau, CEO of Dataiku, talks about the arrival of its solution on this online marketplace:

“The Dataiku platform available on the Azure Marketplace offers the largest number of companies to take advantage of the power of AI on the cloud. They will be able to make faster, more relevant decisions, deliver better customer experiences and automate key business processes.”

The solution is fully integrated with Azure cloud storage services and solutions. Cloud-native resources are leveraged so that Dataiku’s push-down architecture, as well as its integrations capabilities, are able to execute various tasks to cloud resources like Kubernetes or Spark.

Thanks to the Dataiku platform available on Microsoft Azure, it is possible to have:

  • Transparent access to data stored on Azure
  • Easier scaling of cluster-based data analytics projects
  • All the analytics and visualization tools and connection to datasets from SQL databases
  • A wide range of Microsoft technologies, including preparing, modeling and exporting data to PowerBI, using Azure Cognitive Services to apply computer vision models and pre-trained NLP processing, developing Dataiku recipes or plug-ins using Visual Studio Code.

Jake Zborowski, general manager of the Microsoft Azure platform for Microsoft, said of the arrival of these features on the marketplace:

“We are pleased to welcome Dataiku to our Microsoft Azure Marketplace offering all of our customers both access to proven, globally recognized analytics and AI technologies and the deployment of data science at scale across their enterprise.”

Users who want to use the solution will only have to pay for the costs associated with the features they actually need. This is possible, once again, thanks to cloud-native resources that automatically scale resources for data preparation, creation and model scoring operations.

With this new addition, Microsoft hopes to expand its cloud solutions offering on its Azure marketplace to help businesses identify innovative applications that meet their needs.
