Adobe Announces 5 New AI-based Services for Experience Cloud powered by Sensei
JUWELS Supercomputer, JSC, FZJ

Adobe presented this week the new services based on artificial intelligence that will be integrated into “Experience Cloud powered by Sensei”. These five tools will notably allow companies to use AI to model predictions from a set of data.

In an article published on its blog on May 14th, Adobe has unveiled new services for businesses. The giant seeks to meet the needs of organizations looking for new ways to stimulate growth while maintaining costs with AI solutions.

Adobe Intelligent Services will be available through Adobe Sensei.

“These artificial intelligence services will also help stimulate other services that are currently available on the Adobe Experience platform […] This includes assembling unstructured data into a common language that AI can act upon, thereby shortening the tedious task of data cleansing. Strict governance features also ensure that brands adhere to consumer protection policies. And a self-service interface provides flexibility, allowing any user to configure services for specific Customer Experience Management (CXM) use cases. The underlying artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies will enhance specific offerings such as Offer Management (which determines the best time and frequency to grant a promotion), Customer Journey Analytics (a cross-channel data analysis tool inspired by Photoshop), and Real-time CDP (which defines a unified and persistent profile to enable personalization across any channel).
The five new :

“Customer AI”: Brands often do not have the resources to drill down into their data and understand the underlying reasons for customer actions. Customer AI will help them analyze historical and real-time business data, creating propensity scores for key events such as churn or conversion. A subscription service, for example, might receive a segment of users who are likely to unsubscribe due to price sensitivity and engage in a personalized promotion.

“Attribution AI”: Marketers have multiple points of contact with customers (e.g. Web, e-mail or social networks) that require resources and time investment. Attribution AI allows teams to quantify the incremental impact of each touch point, using an advanced approach to measure true marketing and campaign effectiveness. This tool differs from rules-based methods, where often too much credit is given to “first-touch” (e.g. site visit) and “last-touch” (purchase), leading to artificial rules that distort decision making.

“Journey AI” – Beta: With more and more channels, knowing when to engage and dealing with lassitude has become a priority. Journey AI will help brands predict the best time, frequency and channel to market to customers. This includes a lassitude score, which can help temper engagement for those who are likely to be weary. A retailer, for example, can use it before the holiday season to manage promotions.

“Content & Commerce AI” – Beta : Marketers have embraced the idea that creation must also perform. Content and Commerce AI provides guidance on the variables that drive high performance, such as colors, topics or themes. It also supports automatic asset tagging, for better searchability in production steps. On the e-commerce side, AI will automate product recommendations based on real-time signals and customer preferences.

“Leads AI” – Beta: B2B marketers have specific challenges when it comes to engaging prospects and existing customers. Long sales cycles make it difficult to see the impact of ongoing marketing and where opportunities are in the buying journey. Leads AI uses real-time behavioral signals to help brands predict which leads are likely to turn into tangible opportunities. It can enable an enterprise software company, for example, to run targeted campaigns with better personalisation.

“Customer AI” and “Attribution AI” are already available while the other three services are still in beta.
