Laiye, a global leader in intelligent automation software, announced on April 14 that it has acquired Mindsay, a leading European chatbot and voicebot platform for businesses. The addition of conversational artificial intelligence will move Laiye closer to its goal of becoming the global leader in next-generation intelligent automation software. In addition, Laiye plans to establish a new R&D center in Paris.

Mindsay

Founded in 2016 by Guillaume Laporte, Ilias Hicham and Pierre Pakey, Mindsay is a no-code conversational AI platform that enables better customer experiences through AI. It allows companies to easily create a chatbot and connect their own software to it. Thanks to AI and natural language processing (NLP), it can be customized in 110 languages. The three co-founders of Mindsay are joining Laiye: Guillaume Laporte as general manager of the international chatbot business, llias Hicham as product manager for the international chatbot business, while Pierre Pakey will be responsible for product innovation for the Intelligent Document Process product line.
