Hewlett Packard Enterprise France launches the eighth edition of its start-up acceleration program

Launched in 2015, the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) start-up program has already enabled more than 120 young companies to benefit from personalized coaching. HPE announced this Tuesday, April 5, the opening of the call for applications for the eighth edition of its start-up acceleration program. The jury will meet in May to select the candidate companies.

The HPE start-up program aims to support innovation and entrepreneurship in France. This year, around 20 start-ups will see their development accelerated, including internationally.

One year of personalized support

The acceleration program lasts one year, and the start-ups will be accompanied by HPE sponsors who will help them solve any problems they may encounter: building their offer, structuring their business, scaling up, technology, marketing or communication. Common economic development objectives will then be developed.

The winning companies will also have access to

the HPE ecosystem: experts, suppliers and partners;
Events such as the World AI Cannes Festival from April 14 to 16 and HPE Discover, an international technology event taking place from June 28 to 30 in Las Vegas.
labs and test centers, as well as HPE-powered marketplaces such as the Cloud 28+ platform to test the robustness of the solutions developed and scale up.

Eligibility criteria

The selection for the class of 2022 will be made in affinity with HPE’s strategic axes in order to reinforce synergies with the start-ups supported. To apply, start-ups must be based in France, have been in existence for more than 3 years and develop an innovative activity in at least one of the following areas

Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, 5G, IoT;
Mobility, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Industry 4.0;
Telecommunication, Health, Education, Industries;
Responsible Digital.

This year, HPE is also making room for French scale-ups, in order to enable the joint development of its business objectives and innovations.

Selection and kick-off

Around 20 start-ups will be selected in May 2022, after a presentation in HPE’s offices or remotely, in front of a jury composed of professionals: HPE’s sponsors and business experts, representatives of invited partners, such as: French Tech, MIAI (Multidisciplinary Institute in Artificial Intelligence), Minalogic, Big Booster Foundation, NVIDIA…
