Event: the 2nd edition of the Artificial Intelligence Forum organized by LNE will take place on December 6

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, LNE is organizing the second edition of its Artificial Intelligence Forum, focusing mainly on regulations, with a view to the publication of the future European regulation estimated for 2023, and on the AI standardization strategy.

Every day, with the democratization of artificial intelligence, new debates call for more control and a better understanding of these systems. Given the novelty, risks and societal sensitivity, the acceptability of these systems will not be achieved without codification and regulatory framework. It is therefore essential to establish common standards to raise the level of security and reliability, while ensuring the protection of citizens and consumers.

LNE’s Artificial Intelligence Forum offers an update on the regulations that will soon be in force at European level, as well as on the standardization strategy, through the words of experts from the European Commission, Afnor and CNIL.

Operational issues will also be addressed, with presentations and discussions on the acceptability, evaluation and certification of AI and cyber risks.

Through experience sharing, accompanied by explanations of good practices in the evaluation and qualification of intelligent systems, several topics will be addressed throughout the day:

  • European regulation: IA Act
  • AI standardization strategy
  • Notified bodies to support the industry
  • AI in the health sector: what regulation?
  • Round table: regulatory and sectoral constraints
  • Acceptability of AI
  • Certification
  • Evaluation
  • Cyber risks of AI-enabled products

Artificial Intelligence Forum, Tuesday December 6, 2022, 9am – 5pm, 1 rue Gaston Boissier, 75015 Paris
