Minalogic, a digital technology cluster in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, and Visiativ, a specialist in digital transformation and innovation for small and medium-sized businesses, announced a strategic partnership in early May with the aim of contributing to the development and growth of digital companies in the region.

Minalogic

Founded in 2005, Minalogic is the digital technologies cluster in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Located at three sites in Grenoble, Lyon, and Saint-Etienne, it leads a unique ecosystem of nearly 500 members, including more than 430 companies covering the entire digital value chain, universities and research institutes, local authorities, and investors.

Its objective is to accelerate targeted connections between these players and boost their innovation and business projects in France, Europe and internationally. Each year, it initiates more than 1500 innovation and business support actions for its members. Since 2005, 740 projects have been approved and financed with €950 million in public subsidies, for an R&D investment of more than €2.3 billion.

Visiativ

Founded in 1987, Visiativ has more than 1,100 employees in France and abroad (Germany, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, the United States, Luxembourg, Morocco, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Switzerland).

The company’s mission is to make digital transformation a performance driver for businesses. The Visiativ Innovation Platform enables SMEs and SMBs to identify their key performance drivers, to co-construct a digital transformation roadmap accordingly, to deploy proven solutions and to share their experience and know-how with their peers. The Minalogic-Visiativ partnership

These two major players in the regional economy want to strengthen their ties in three areas of deeptech innovation: artificial intelligence, Big Data, and cybersecurity.

This partnership will give players in both ecosystems access to the technological building blocks, digital skills and financing they need to enhance their offerings and accelerate their growth in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, in France, in Europe and internationally.

Supporting the digital transformation of companies

Antoine Camus, Director of Operations for the Visiativ Managed Services subsidiary, will join Antoine Camus’ Minalogic team as Director of Cybersecurity. His mission will be to lead the cybersecurity theme within Minalogic, through two complementary aspects at the service of the cluster’s companies:

• Support for technological innovation
• Anticipation and management of cybersecurity risks.

On the other hand, Visiativ will make several of its offerings available to the Minalogic member community, including:

• The innovation and transformation center for the industry of the future, SWARM, based on the Campus Région du Numérique, of which Visiativ is a founding partner. SWARM is a gas pedal of innovation, transformation and training for an innovative, sustainable and responsible industry of the future;
• Support for the financing of innovation, via its subsidiary ABGi;
• The Entreprise du Futur community of managers, which works to transform companies digitally, a place for managers to share, learn, exchange, and collaborate on digital issues.
