Devoteam, a consulting firm specializing in digital strategy, technology platforms and cybersecurity, has just announced the acquisition of Integrity, a cloud-based services platform, expert in Pentesting as a Service (PTaaS). The aim of this acquisition is to consolidate Devoteam’s strategic orientation in cybersecurity. Devoteam wishes to strengthen its consulting activities in the areas of governance, risk and compliance.
Devoteam and Integrity, two consulting companies specialized in the tech world
Devoteam, a company specializing in digital strategy consulting, technology platforms and cybersecurity, has been assisting its clients in their digital transformation for 25 years. The company is present in Europe and the Middle East and works with both private and public players.
Integrity was founded in 2009 and specializes in cybersecurity consulting and technology auditing. Like Devoteam, the firm works in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The company offers cybersecurity services with the objective of reducing its clients’ cyber risks in a consistent and efficient manner. Its products include persistent penetration testing and risk management solutions.
Devoteam acquires Integrity to strengthen its position in the cybersecurity sector
On June 16, Devoteam announced the acquisition of Integrity in order to strengthen its governance, risk and compliance consulting activities and will then be able to offer managed services via a dedicated platform throughout the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Integrity joins Devoteam’s Cyber Trust team of 650 consultants.
Commenting on the arrival of Integrity’s infrastructure and experts at Devoteam, Renaud Templier, Devoteam Group Vice President – Trust & Cybersecurity, said:
“Our penetration testing activities at Devoteam were until now focused on specific targets and customers. With Integrity, its teams and platforms, we will be able to offer our services in a continuous and global way while keeping a high level of expertise.”
Rui Shantilal, CEO and co-founder of Integrity, discusses the benefits of Devoteam’s acquisition of his company:
“Our integration with Devoteam will allow us to expand our offerings to access a wider range of geographies, customers and businesses. It will strengthen our capabilities in GRC – governance, risk and compliance – to address and hopefully anticipate the major concerns and challenges of CISOs and DPOs, Chief Information and Security Officers and Data Protection Officers.”
Devoteam will now benefit from Integrity’s experience in assessing and improving its customers’ security levels with a portfolio of innovative managed services such as Keep IT Secure 24. At the same time, the cybersecurity consulting specialist’s management team will continue to run the company as before.
