The aim of this acquisition is to consolidate Devoteam’s strategic orientation in cybersecurity. Devoteam wishes to strengthen its consulting activities in the areas of governance, risk and compliance.

Integrity was founded in 2009 and specializes in cybersecurity consulting and technology auditing. Like Devoteam, the firm works in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The company offers cybersecurity services with the objective of reducing its clients’ cyber risks in a consistent and efficient manner. Its products include persistent penetration testing and risk management solutions.

Devoteam acquires Integrity to strengthen its position in the cybersecurity sector

On June 16, Devoteam announced the acquisition of Integrity in order to strengthen its governance, risk and compliance consulting activities and will then be able to offer managed services via a dedicated platform throughout the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Integrity joins Devoteam’s Cyber Trust team of 650 consultants.

Commenting on the arrival of Integrity’s infrastructure and experts at Devoteam, Renaud Templier, Devoteam Group Vice President – Trust & Cybersecurity, said:
